in december recife grew up, and added a new "wing". like an adolescent boy finding the top shelf recife is truely enjoying its first extension.anyways because its a little bigger it needed new staff. this has hopefully will improve the service and also free me up to do more djing, thus making the nights a lil more dancable and more fun. its also having regular djs tama(house) and abe (rare groove, funk, eclectic) to help see it through to the early hours. anyways not wanting to be rude recife would like to introduce the staff.

SHOKO..our longest serving member, she is the queen of the kitchen is unflappable and and always adds a touch of shoko magic to all she creates. always serene.

NANA..nana is nana, beamed down from another planet, she has a different wig everyday, her tikka and chilli con carne are renowned, and if you want to know any kagoshima gossip....

AYME..our midweek wonder, ayme exists in a dreamlike world, she has the looks of a descendant of the mist tribes of the amazon, and as such works at half the normal pace. if you get a free drink thank ayme, cos she forgot to write it down, or thought you were owed it by the gods.

RIE..is cute and efficient and works at the weekends. she spent 3 years in iowa or wyoming and did much of her shopping based on the waltons and little house on the prairie.

MINAKO..is our latest bar girl, and was born to work in a bar. shes lively and fun. she was working as groundstaff at JAL at the airport, but gave it up to come and work at recife...why one might ask.."i like fun, music and alcohol" she states.
