hall of fame
chris lawson has been duely nominated for election to the recife hall of fame, if accepted he will join an esteemed group of recife legends, gentlmen and ladies of impeccable taste wit and style (alcoholics and reprobates).
chris is nominated for a variety of reasons, but in particular his performance on saturday.lawson conveniently turning up with a comedy haircut, dextrously managed to navigate his way through the top shelf of whiskies, whilst simultaneously quaffing beer and laconically sipping tropical cocktails.
he ran up three seperate bills,paying in insallments. as a finale he manage to assemble a hitherto uncollocated collection of drinks , the gentlemans choice of a caipirinha, a glenmorangie single malt , a samuel adams, and a sex on the beach. all of which chirs proudly displayed, like a preening bird over her freshly lain eggs, to his adoring public at the counter, then he promptly guzzled, always keeping his hair comically in place.
for this prowess and showmanship, chris is nominated.
any objections or further nominations let us know.
a meeting will be convened on wednesday.

yoga・・・極めたいっ！

極めてる女性ってほんと美しい！
講師の方も
ｽﾗｯと伸びた背筋、
歩き方
たち振る舞い
そして性格まで美しい・・・。

どうしてもレッスン受けたくて子供を預けて今日は参加してきました♪

日々のいろんなストレスで肩や首がおっもくて。
しかもひどい猫背。
常にまわりにマイナスなことばかりはきちらす・・・
私・・・美しくない。

今日yoga　レッスン受けてみてびっくり！
いろんなところをストレッチしていくうちに体が軽くなるっ！
深い呼吸を繰り返すことで
体の中のなんか嫌なものを全部吐き出した気分！

結構難しいポーズ、
簡単なポーズと
交互にゆっくり丁寧にしてくれるので
初心者の私でも大丈夫でした～♪
体柔らかくなくても全然いけます★
美肌効果、引き締め効果　など
ポーズによって何に効果があるのかを丁寧に説明してくれるので
わかりやすかったですー♪

瞑想のときはなんとなく不思議な感じ～♪
ふわ～っとした感覚でしたー。でも雑念ばかりでぜんぜん集中できず・・
これを極めていくといろいろ見えてくるらしい。

レッスン後は
とぉーってもｽｯｷﾘ！！
かなりポジティブになってました♪

なるほどー！これを極めたら
内面からとっても美しくなれそう♪

ちょっと続けてみようと思いますー♪

かなりおすすめですよー！！どーっすか？ルパンの妻様？？

february is going to be a fun month,

ruby tuesday....tuesday 10
next wednesday is a public holiday, so we re going to open up tuesday night, wear red and get a free smouldering kiss from nana. she s been practicing.

valentines night. saturday 14. DISCO
come and share the love at recife. recife is going to turn itself into a disco for one night, dress up in your 70s and 80s glad rags, old school house and disco will lead into more modern sounds. think the loft, pardise garage, studio 54, butlins.

CARNAVAL. saturday february 21
Its carnival time in brasil, so its time to lose all your inhibitions and let it flow. Recife the city, hosts the worlds biggest carnival, and we ll be celebrating in a hot tropical way. Its one of my favourite nights cos I can play all sorts of brasilian tunes from the earliest samba, through maracatu, frevo, forro ,bossa nova, to modern hip hop and dance. there also be music from latin america and the caribbean.
