as you re all aware, there has been a terrible disaster in haiti, this friday recife will be doing its little bit to try and raise money to help with the operations that are going on there, its very short notice, but please come along and donate what you can. we are researching the best and quickest way to get the money out there.

we ll also be doing some sort of flea market in the future to help raise funds.

we ve been deeply moved by the loss of one of my great friend's mother. he is a great friend of recife and his mother was in haiti volunteering when the earthquake happened to take place.
the event will be in her honour and in honour of all the people of haiti.
